We offer free shipping within Hong Kong for all products.

Orders are delivered at the customer’s address.

Delivery Costs

All orders qualify for Free Delivery. No delivery fees will be charged, regardless of the order value.

Delivery Times

• Order Cut-Off Time: 06:00 PM (GMT+08:00) Hong Kong Standard Time

• Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Orders fulfilled from Monday to Friday)

• Transit Time: 4 to 6 business days (Orders dispatched from Monday to Friday)

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, a tracking link will be sent via email. You can also track your order anytime using our Tracking Page.

Delays

In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to high order volumes, public holidays, weather conditions, or logistics disruptions. We aim to keep you informed throughout the process. If your order has not arrived after 8 working days, please contact our customer support team.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your parcel appears lost in transit or has not been delivered after the estimated timeframe:

• First, check your tracking page for updates.

• Ask your neighbours, housemates, or reception desk (if applicable), as parcels may be delivered nearby.

• If the package remains undelivered, contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Damaged Items Upon Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photos of the damage and the packaging to our customer service email. We will offer a suitable solution such as a replacement or refund.

Incorrect or Misdelivered Items

If you receive the wrong item or if your order was misdelivered, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will ensure that the issue is resolved quickly and at no extra cost to you.
